The courses offered in the Culinary Institute Certificate Program are arranged in sequence from introductory through intermediate levels. Enrollment is on a space available basis.
Registration fees must be paid in full before you will be admitted into the program. A slot may be held in the first class of a new rotation with the payment of a non-refundable $300 deposit. This deposit will be credited to your last tuition payment for the program. Register here.
Tuition per class: $550
One Time Costs: There is an additional cost for uniforms, books, and a knife set that is a one-time cost of approximately $600.00. Students are required to have these course materials prior to the start of Kitchen Skills 1 course (the second course). You do not pay the university for these materials. You will be given ordering information at the first class.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy: A withdrawal/refund request must be postmarked 14 business days prior to the beginning of a course in order to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds can be made after the course begins.
