The Basics: Develop your kitchen skills with our basics class! The Basics is designed to give the participants some basic knowledge on how to use, store and sharpen knives, the five basic sauces and how to break down a chicken. The class is designed for the novice in the kitchen or someone who wants to get a leg up and refine their skills.

Tasting India:
Explore the splendor and simplicity of Indian cuisine from the North to the South, and East to West. Learn what influenced this rich and diverse culture to make its cuisine one of the most unique in the world. Learn to make food like kulfi (saffron-pistachio ice cream), mughlai biryani (a chicken dish rich in spices), chatpata channa raita (chickpeas in hot-sour yoghurt), prawns rava fry (semolina batter-fried prawns), and many more.

‘Tis the Season! Gather friends and family, decorate the house, send out the invitations, make the food, and set the bar. Now let us teach you how to do it easily and quickly without the holiday stress. You will learn to make chorizo tortilla bites, pomegranate glaze lamb kebabs, coconut shrimp with chili-lime sauce, and bar favorites like the new pomegranate mojito, pepper martinis and much more. So break out the platters and trays. It’s time to make hors d’oeuvres and fun new holiday drinks.

It’s time to send goodies to friends and family, but what should you send to all of them? Let us show you how to prepare the goodies that are sure to be a surprise and delight for anyone. We will teach you how to make unique and fun holiday treats from around the world. Learn how to make individual panettone, Mexican wedding cookies, almond toffee bark, decadent double chocolate fudge, and many more tempting sweets.

Gingerbread House:
Who doesn’t like the fresh smell of a gingerbread house? These delectable cookie houses covered in your favorite candy are fun to put together, fun to eat, but messy. Join us for hot cocoa, gingerbread, candy, and fun. We will help you put the house together, give you tips on decorating, and no mess for you. You will receive a house, candy and royal icing to put it all together.

Wine Classes --
Discover the wines and sample the proper foods from these regions. Enjoy a night ofwine tasting and great food, tapas style. Wine events are $50 per person, except for series classes which are $179 per person. Beer classes begin at 6:30 pm. Wine classes begin at 6 pm. Wine 101:
So you want to learn more about wine? Our Wine 101 class will arm you with the knowledge you need to become wine savvy. Our class is an informal setting designed to promote a continual wine conversation. Let us teach you the big six wines, and what is meant by woody, oaky and leather. We will teach you how to select wine, the differences in wine types, how to store it and pair it with food.

Beer 101:
Want to learn more about beer? We can teach you the basics on beer and give you a crash course in beer history. To know beer is to understand its rich history. In our Beer 101 class, you will learn the differences in beer color, taste, and even its aroma. We can teach you why beers are called lagers, blondes, and ales. You will learn simple beer pairing methods all in a relaxed and knowledge filled environment.

German Beer Fest:
The name says it all. This beer class is designed to enhance your knowledge of German style beers. Known for its full bodied beers, Germany also has lighter, rich flavored beers. We will teach you how this country has developed a rich tradition of beer making , and, of course, when you have beer you have food. We will teach you how to pair beer with food from brats to pecan pie, and even oysters!

West Coast Wines:
Dive in to the wines of the west coast of America. This wine class has been written to help the average person build their knowledge in American wine. Our West Coast wine class will feature wines from California, Oregon, and Washington. We will teach you the main characteristics of wines from each state. Learn what makes them distinct from each other in the complex wine world. You will learn which food is best paired with each wine from each region.

Dessert Wines & Champagnes: Become the toast of the town with our class geared toward the fine world of champagne and dessert wines. This class is all about the bubble and nectar of the wine world. We will teach you the difference between champagne and sparkling wines. You will also learn what makes a dessert wine a dessert wine. Our class has been written to give you the knowledge to feel comfortable in ordering, selecting and pairing these styles of wines.

Martinis Tuesday:
“Martinis - shaken, not stirred”, but would you like it with an olive, onion, a twist, gin or vodka? There is so much to know about the Martini. Our Martini class will demystify the complexity of the Martini. Learn the history and join the growing popularity of the Martini Party. We will teach you how to make the Classic Martinis, Chocolate Martini, Herb Infused Martini, Coffee Martini and countless more.
