Biography
Dr. Lynn B. Keane is an Instructor in the Technology Support and Training Management Program at the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC. She teaches computer applications in business, business education technology applications, corporate training, training systems, and teaching middle and high school business and technology education. She holds a B.S. and a M.S. from Pace University, and a Ph.D. from New York University. She has taught at Pace University, New York University, and Lehman College. Dr. Keane is the author of Getting Started with PowerPoint 4.0 and Getting Started with PowerPoint 7.0 (Wiley, 1996, 1997), and co-author of Getting Started with Microsoft Office 4.2 and Getting Started with Windows 95 (Wiley, 1996). She is past president of Alpha Chapter, Delta Pi Epsilon, and is Associate Editor of the Information Technology, Learning, and Performance Journal.
