Spring 2011 Dining*

Experience the historic McCutchen House as a guest of School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management students who are continuing their education in restaurant operations. The chefs, staff, and students of McCutchen House have planned a semester of exquisite menus and courteous service, all in a location with a 19th-century historic ambience.

McCutchen House operates every week, Tuesday through Friday, with the exception of USC's spring break and holidays.

*Because of the academic requirements of the students to complete assignments, lunch will conclude by 2:00 pm.
