How to Register

The courses offered in the Culinary Institute Certificate Program are arranged in sequence from introductory through intermediate levels. Enrollment is on a space available basis.

Simply complete the registration form and return it with payment to the address below.

Registration fees must be paid in full before you will be admitted into the program. A slot may be held in the first class of a new rotation with the payment of a non-refundable $300 deposit. This deposit will be credited to your last tuition payment for the program.

Fees

Tuition per class: $550

One Time Costs: There is an additional cost for uniforms, books, and a knife set that is a one-time cost of approximately $600.00. Students are required to have these course materials prior to the start of Kitchen Skills 1 course (the second course). You do not pay the university for these materials. You will be given ordering information at the first class.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: A withdrawal/refund request must be postmarked 14 business days prior to the beginning of a course in order to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds can be made after the course begins.
