Culinary Institute at Carolina is a culinary arts educational program. The mission of the Institute is to educate a diverse population by fostering creativity, personal growth and providing the tools required for career development. To accomplish this mission, the Culinary Institute at Carolina, offers a strong and well-rounded culinary education for a diverse population. Central to this philosophy is the attention given to the individual student.

Our faculty is comprised of chefs, most of whom are certified by the ACF and currently work in the food service industry. Each chef brings years of experience with which to provide students opportunities for skills assistance, career guidance, and all the tools needed to be successful in the food service business.

High school and college students with an interest in building or advancing their culinary skills will enjoy two new culinary camps being hosted at the McCutchen House this summer. McCutchen House chefs will lead two different hands-on camp programs to explore Italian and French culinary dishes.
Camp Dates:
Italian -- June 25 - 29, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
French -- July 9 - 13, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
