Faculty Incentive:

 

Faculty who register 10 or more students for the full conference will receive a complimentary full conference registration. The faculty member should complete the Mail-in Registration form and fax to (803) 777-8788. Please write comp in the total amount due.

 

Presentation Information:

 

Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop, LCD projector, and a projection screen. Laptops will have Windows 7 with Office 2010. Laptops can also play DVDs. There will be a student moderator in each room to make sure each presentation begins and ends on time. Please be respectful of the time constraints for your presentation and conclude your discussion and remarks in a timely manner.

Please note: the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, including each presentation room, has wireless Internet access.

For 20-minute oral presentations: Please bring your materials on a flash drive (USB). 

For poster presentations: Each poster presentation will be provided a 4 foot high by 8 foot wide tack board to which you can attach your poster. Thumbtacks / push pins will also be provided.
