Due to a programming change in 2012 (SEVT now includes a two-day Career & Internship Fair), single day registration is not available for students.  Students should NOT try to register for a single day under another category.  All single day registrations will be authorized by the Conference Manager before the transaction can be processed.  Students attempting to register for the single day under another category will be flagged and the transaction will not be completed.  Please contact Lori Hedstrom, Conference Manager, at 803- 777-6720 or lhedstrom@sc.edu with any questions.

* Full Conference Registration includes one ticket to each of the following events: Opening Reception, Awards Banquet, other receptions, luncheons on Thursday and Friday, and access to the Career Fair.

Faculty Incentive:

Faculty who register 10 or more students for the full conference will receive a complimentary full conference registration. The faculty member should complete the Mail-in Registration form and fax to 803-777-8788. Please write comp in the total amount due.

*Single Day Registration includes one ticket to the luncheon on the registered day. Tickets to the other social functions may be purchased in advance at the costs listed below.

*Additional tickets for conference attendees and/or guests may be purchased in advance at the above costs. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door, unless there is space availability.

 

Information:

Registration will close at 11:59 PM (EST) on Sunday, November 11, 2012. If registering by mail or via fax, please ensure that your registration form is received by this date.

Individuals who register by mail or via fax will receive a confirmation email once the registration form has been processed. Individuals interested in registering after this date can register on-site at the conference beginning Wednesday, November 14. Please visit the Schedule page for registration times.

Forms of payment: check and credit card. Please note: if you plan to pay with credit card, you will either have to register online by end of day November 11 or on-site at the conference beginning November 14. Credit card information will NOT be accepted mailed, faxed, or hand-delivered. Also, if you register on-site, access to meal functions may be limited.

Attire for the conference sessions and Opening Reception is business casual.  Attire for the Awards Banquet is business.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations, substitutions, and switching of registrations (including switching from full conference to single day or switching between single registered days) must be received in writing. The following are acceptable formats: mail, e-mail to lhedstrom@sc.edu or faxed to 803-777-8788. See Contact Us page for mailing address.
  • Written cancellations received on or by 11:59 PM (EDT) on October 17, 2012 will receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee.
  • All written cancellations made between October 18, 2012 and 11:59 PM (EST) on November 7, 2012 will receive a 50 percent registration fee refund less a $30 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations after November 7, 2012 will not receive a refund.
  • Substitutions or switches may be made prior to 11:59 PM (EST) on November 7, 2012. Substitutions or switches will not be allowed after this date.
  • Switching from full conference to single day: individuals who notify SEVT in writing by 11:59 PM (EST) on November 7, 2012 will receive a refund of the difference less a $30 administrative fee.
  • Switching single days: individuals who notify SEVT in writing by 11:59 PM (EST) on November 7, 2012 will not incur an administrative fee.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
