Valentine's Day --“That’s Amore!”
Love is in the air and we are celebrating the most romantic night twice. The menu will feature dishes from France, Italy, Spain and even the Americas. Join our chef and staff as we travel the romantic world and dine on food from the richest cuisines. Each course will be paired with a wine from that particular region. From soup to dessert you will be immersed in romance.

Bonefish Grill
Enjoy the artistic new dishes that the Bonefish Grill chefs will create right before your eyes. Be the very first to experience the Bonefish Grill’s new ideas and dishes. Your reactions and comments will assist them in deciding their next menu items. You will also experience some of the current dishes, complete with recipes, as well as the Bonefish Grille’s most outstanding wines with each course. Someone will win a very special door prize, compliments of Bonefish Grill.

The French Table
Spend an evening with us and dive into the rich French cuisine. We will spend an evening traveling across France and sampling its many varied dishes and wines. Each course will feature dishes and wines from the main regions of France from Burgundy to Provence.

Shelton Wine Dinner
This Carolina Cuisine is a new way to look at American cuisine. This dinner will spark the culinarian in every one. Let us show how to make the simplest dish become an “over the top” dish. As an extra bonus, the entire dinner will be paired with wines from Shelton Vineyards - the largest family-owned estate winery in North Carolina located in the Yadkin Valley.

Join us for hot cocoa, gingerbread, candy, and fun. We will help you put the house together, give you tips on decorating, and no mess for you. You will receive a house, candy and royal icing to put it all together.

Develop your kitchen skills with our basics class! The Basics is designed to give the participants some basic knowledge on how to use, store and sharpen knives, the five basic sauces and how to break down a chicken. The class is designed for the novice in the kitchen or someone who wants to get a leg up and refine their skills.

Italian Cuisine
Discover the rich history of Tuscan cuisine. Come spend the day with famed Italian chef Gina Stipo of Ecco La Cucina. Participants will learn to prepare recipes from this distinct and rich region of Italy and work side by side with our first chef in the Honored Chef Series. All dishes will come directly from Chef Stipo’s cookbook and you get to take home an autographed copy. Buon Appetito!

Cake Decorating
Let them eat cake is easier said than done if the cake doesn’t look its best. Our cake decorating class will give you the basic steps you need to make a cake look its best. Learn how to work with real butter cream, basic piping techniques, and even how to work with fondant.

French Cuisine
Viva la France! Let us demystify French cuisine for you. Following the teachings of Julia Child, this class will give you the leg up when it comes to French food and terminology. Our French class will teach you the secrets to rich flavors and soft texture of French foods. You will be taught to prepare Bouillabaisse, Saumon Aux Lentilles, Pommes Pailles (thin French fries), and Chocolate Mousse. If you like French food this class is for you.

Picnic Basket
Let us show you quick and easy ways to put together a gourmet picnic basket. We will show you how to make this event fun and nearly effortless. If it’s a romantic picnic for two under the warm spring sun or a twilight dinner under the stars and we can make it fun for the whole family as well.

Grill It!
It is the season to be grilling. Come and learn the basics of mastering the grill. We will arm you with the knowledge to become a grilling expert from marinades to rubs and fish to beef. This one day class will show you anything can be grilled. Our chef will walk you through the delicate steps to grilling fish and how to make a burger melt in your mouth.

Wine Classes --
Discover the wines and sample the proper foods from these regions. Enjoy a night of wine tasting and great food, tapas style. Wine events are $50 per person (*unless other wise noted), except for series classes which are $179 per person. Beer and wine classes begin at 6:30 pm. West Coast Wines:
Dive in to the wines of the west coast of America. This wine class has been written to help the average person build their knowledge in American wine. Our West Coast wine class will feature wines from California, Oregon, and Washington. We will teach you the main characteristics of wines from each state. Learn what makes them distinct from each other in the complex wine world. You will learn which food is best paired with each wine from each region.

Dessert Wines & Champagnes: Become the toast of the town with our class geared toward the fine world of champagne and dessert wines. This class is all about the bubble and nectar of the wine world. We will teach you the difference between champagne and sparkling wines. You will also learn what makes a dessert wine a dessert wine. Our class has been written to give you the knowledge to feel comfortable in ordering, selecting and pairing these styles of wines.

Tuesday Martinis:
“Martinis - shaken, not stirred”, but would you like it with an olive, onion, a twist, gin or vodka? There is so much to know about the Martini. Our Martini class will demystify the complexity of the Martini. Learn the history and join the growing popularity of the Martini Party. We will teach you how to make the Classic Martinis, Chocolate Martini, Herb Infused Martini, Coffee Martini and countless more.

The evening will focus on the rich and flavorful world of Cognacs’ and Brandies. This class will teach you how to taste and serve these rich and warming delights. Discover what it means to taste and enjoy a good brandy or cognac, and how they are made and how to buy the right one for you.

So you want to learn more about wine? Our Wine 101 class will arm you with the knowledge you need to become wine savvy. Our class is an informal setting designed to promote a continual wine conversation. Let us teach you the big six wines, and what is meant by woody, oaky and leather. We will teach you how to select wine, the differences in wine types, how to store it and pair it with food.

Bordeaux wines aren’t for connoisseurs any more. Learn the richness and complexity of one of the most famous regions of France. Let yourself be inspired by exploring this region with us. Learn how grapes can transform and influence a country’s cuisine and culture.
