The International Institute for Foodservice Research & Education in the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management at the University of South Carolina is designed to further promote and support the foodservice and hospitality industries.

The Institute is dedicated to the advancement of foodservice and hospitality education through research, curriculum development, executive training and consultation.

In conjunction with the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, the College, and the University, the Institute promotes its initiatives throughout South Carolina, the United States and to the international community.
